No.60 Raspberry Ginger Whisky Fizz

Fresh raspberries, ginger beer and whisky. Simple.

25-50ml of Whisky (your choice)

11 raspberries

2 teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

200ml of ginger beer

Dash of lemon juice

 

  1. Mash the raspberries with the sugar. Then sieve into the glass.
  2. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, ice and stir.
  3. Add the ginger beer slowly and gently stir.
