Fresh raspberries, ginger beer and whisky. Simple.
25-50ml of Whisky (your choice)
11 raspberries
2 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
200ml of ginger beer
Dash of lemon juice
- Mash the raspberries with the sugar. Then sieve into the glass.
- Add the whiskey, lemon juice, ice and stir.
- Add the ginger beer slowly and gently stir.
