No.119 Mandarin, Amaretti & Ricotta Mess

Is this a deconstructed cheesecake? The components of biscuit, cheese and cream are all there but this is lighter and somewhat more elegant. Refreshing mandarin segments goes well with the almond amaretti biscuit. I do like to make my own amaretti as the store bought ones lack the chew that you get when you make them yourself. Click here for my bourbon and brown sugar amaretti recipe (coming 15/10/19).
