A standard Slaw that will work well at any BBQ

Serves: 6
Time: 10 minutes and 1 hour resting
Difficulty: Straight forward
1 Carrot
1 Sweetheart Cabbage
3 Spring Onions
50ml of Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon of Nigella Seeds
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of American Mustard
1. Dice the springs onions. Thinly slice the cabbage. Peel the carrot in thin strips. Place all in a large bowl.
2. Add the vinegar on top of the vegetable. Mix. Leave to let the vinegar soften the veg for an hour.
3. Drain the vinegar into a cup. Add the mayonnaise and mustard to the vegetable and mix well. Add the vinegar back in to taste.
4. Top with nigella seeds and serve.
